Exsaf Clean Energy Technology was founded in 1987 in Shenzhen. In 2011, our company launched solar projects and entered into the clean energy industry. Since then, we have been a professional manufacturer of solar panels and solar cells. Currently, we have overseas offices in California and Munich. In addition, we are managed under ERP and OAS.
Our solar panels are composed of high-quality polycrystalline solar cells (156 x 156mm) with reasonable structure design that enables the modules to withstand wind loads up to 2,400Pa and snow loads up to 5,400Pa, which provides customers extra-safe product structure and installation methods. Moreover, by using waterproof junction boxes with integrated bypass diodes, it reduces damage of hotspot effect caused by covered surface when used outdoors.
We produce our projects with strong financial support. Our company has acquired advanced production equipment such as Spire from the US and TT1200 from Germany. We have five production lines for solar panels and two for solar cells with nearly 250 staff including 24 QC employees and two factories. We have a production capacity of 50MW polysilicon cells and 50MW polysilicon modules monthly. Our products are produced under ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18000 standards. By the end of 2009, our R&D team had earned 19 patents, including one invention patent and seven utility model patents.
